Facilitation Services
As trained facilitators, we are able to facilitate family meetings in order to provide a safe and open environment for discussion of business and financial issues affecting the family. We can assist with the implementation of a family council, which is designed to lay the groundwork for effective communication of sensitive business related issues (soft issues)¹ that often arise in a family enterprise context. Our role is to ensure that each family member is heard and to help the family formulate their own solutions.
